Interesting to see that dennis descirbes Adam Murray as an exciting signing. Suggests to me that he has already seen the potential the lad has. Would predict that he may turn out to be one of the best signings Ely have ever made. Good luck to him and Ely for the coming season.

i ca confirm that james wallis wazza and pacey are staying! there were 14 1st team who turned up on thursday to training and a few that didnt make this one! we are in great shape going into the season!

Its the normal pre season player rush and you will have to bear with me as things happen at pace this time of the year.Now,Wazza and Pace have both signed for next season returning to the Club are Tony Brown Mark Johnston Andy Pettit we have an exciting new signing in Adam Murray and we will have a couple more in the next week or so.Players leaving the club are Brady and Jamie,Nick Impey and Scott Fielding Becky has yet to confirm if he is staying or not.
All other players from last season have signed for next season.I can assure you that the team this season will be every bit as competitive as last season if not more so and we will be looking to better last seasons league position.

ive heard that nick impey has joined c.u.p, tony becks gone to fulbourn,brady stone and jamie alsop (players and managers players of the year) have gone to lynn and scott fielding along with the centre mid that came with him have gone back to st ives, thats 6 players gone, whos have we got to replace them?

Seem to be alot of rumours floating around. Looking on the Kings lynn website it seems that Alsop has signed for them and also the forthcoming friendly with Kings lynn which was meant to be this Saturday has been cancelled.
Could be a interesting couple of weeks involving player movement.

ive heard the rumour that jamie Alsop is joining the new kings lynn team.
hopefully this is not true as that would mean there is a big gap to fill after him and brady were exceptional last year
